A few years ago I won a gift card to Piada Italian Street Food. Honestly, I had never even heard of the place until I won the gift card! I finally remembered to use it while I was in Toledo. I ordered online, and my food was ready when I arrived, which made pickup quick and easy. Since it was my first visit, I also got a free Parmesan Piada Stick, which was a nice bonus! I ordered a Classic Caesar Salad with Chicken Fritte and the Marinara Pasta with rigatoni noodles. The Caesar salad was fresh and delicious, and the Chicken Fritte was a great addition. The marinara pasta had good flavor, although a few of the rigatoni noodles were a little undercooked. Overall, it was a good first experience, and I'd definitely stop back to try more of the menu! Oh, and I can't forget the Summer Fresca drink. It was refreshing and a perfect addition to the meal!

βββββ I had a poor experience the last time I came to Piada, especially since it was close to closing time, so I was a little hesitant to come back. However, I decided to give them another chance today, and Iβm so glad I did. Lex and the rest of the team completely exceeded my expectations. Lex was friendly, professional, and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, made correctly, and the customer service was outstanding. They truly made up for my previous visit and turned my opinion around. Itβs always nice to see employees who genuinely care about their customers, and Lex definitely did that today. Iβll definitely be back. Thank you for the great experience! ππ½π

Chef Travis and his crew at the Toledo location were OUTSTANDING! Food was very good. Service was fast. No option to tip on the payment. When I questioned this, Chef told me that instead of a tip, he'd prefer that I leave a review if the food is good. Exceptional customer experience! Thanks, Piada team!!

This was my first time visiting after seeing it all over TikTok, and Iβm really glad I finally stopped by on my way to school. The experience definitely lived up to the hype. The portions are very generous, and the pasta was absolutely deliciousβyou can tell the ingredients are fresh and high quality. What stood out the most was the customer service. I mentioned it was my first time, and the staff member was super helpful, taking the time to walk me through the menu and recommend the carbonara bowl. It ended up being an excellent choiceβrich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was welcoming, everything looked clean and well-organized, and the overall vibe made it a place Iβd happily come back to. Iβll definitely be returning to try more items on the menu!

Tried this place while visiting with my girlfriend. Was pleasantly surprised by what I found. Think, Italian burritos and you'd be on the right path. The food is fast, healthy, and appropriately portioned for the cost involved. We avocado chop salad and the BLT piada (shown). They also sell pastas though we did not have one on this trip. My missing star on the atmosphere is due to the seating being a little TOO modern for my taste. Wood and steel benches arranged in a weird variety of bars and tables that don't really appeal to me and feel cold and uninviting. That's my only complaint though of the entire experience.
